Is there an age restriction to take part in the promotion?

Yes, you must be 16 or over to take part in the Reward Your Thirst promotion.

How do I enter?

You can enter online or via text.

    To enter online: Enter the keyword and last 4 digits of the barcode found on specially marked
    promotional bottles at www.rewardyourthirst.com

    To enter via SMS: Text the keyword and last 4 digits of the barcode found on specially marked
    promotional bottles to 62948.

Do I need an email address to participate?

Yes, you need an email address to enter the promotion via the online entry route. If you enter online you will be notified by email if you’re a winner.

Do I need a mobile number to participate?

Only if you want to enter the promotion via SMS – you can enter online without one. If you enter via SMS you will be notified by SMS if you’re a winner.

Why do I need to enter my email address when I enter online?

You need to enter your email address so we can let you know if you’re a winner.

How much does it cost to enter via SMS?

SMS entries are charged at your standard network rate. A single reply message will be charged at 25p. Please note: If you enter from outside the UK, foreign network operator charges may apply.

The promotion starts on the 11th July 2011, with hourly draws everyday between 10am and 6pm, and ends on the 4th September 2011.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can enter?

Yes, only one entry per person per prize draw will be accepted.

You can find the keyword printed on the reverse of the label on specially marked promotional Reward Your Thirst bottles.

I can’t find the last 4 digits of the barcode – where is it?

You can find the last 4 digits of the barcode on the side of the label on specially marked promotional Reward Your Thirst bottles.

I can’t read my keyword/ barcode – what do I do?

Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd does not accept responsibility for keywords/ barcodes that cannot be read due to the way the label has been removed. If your keyword/ barcode is illegible due to a genuine printing problem, please click on the ‘Contact us’ link at the bottom of the Reward Your Thirst homepage and follow the prompts.

I have an 11 digit code printed on the reverse of my Reward Your Thirst promotional label, where do I enter it?

11 digit codes were produced for the 1st phase of Reward Your Thirst promotional activity. If you have an 11 digit code you need to click on the link ‘I have an 11 digit code’ which can be found beneath the ‘Confirm your email address’ box on the Reward Your Thirst homepage. You will be entered into the Reward Your Thirst 1 late draw to win a £1,000 cash prize.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can win?

No, there is no limit to the number of times an entrant can win.

Once I’ve won my prize, how and when will I be contacted?

You will receive confirmation of winning via your route of entry. A member of the Reward Your Thirst team will contact you by phone within 28 days of your win notification to confirm your details. So make sure your contact details are correct when entering.

Why do I need to enter my phone number when creating a login online?

If you’re a winner, we’ll need to call you to confirm your details before we send out your prize. So make sure those details are correct!

I can’t enter my keyword and last 4 digits of the barcode as the website states the promotion has closed.

You can only enter from the 11th July 2011 to 4th September 2011. After this date all entries will be entered into a late draw.

I’ve lost transmission while playing, what do I do?

If you lose transmission try to re-enter your keyword and last 4 digits of your barcode again. If you continue to have difficulties please click on the ‘Contact us’ link at the bottom of the homepage and follow the prompts.

I need to change my details, how can I do that?

If you’re a returning player and have already created a login you can update your details when prompted to enter your password. You’ll need to type in your password and click the 'Update my details' box before you press the 'Enter' button.

I am concerned about getting unwanted emails.

We will only send you emails with important information relating to your participation in the promotion. You will be asked whether you want to receive marketing emails when you register online.

I’ve forgotten my password.

If you’ve forgotten your password you will need to enter you keyword and the last 4 digits of your barcode on the Reward Your Thirst homepage. Once you’ve clicked the ‘Enter’ button you need to click the ‘Forgotten password’ link on that page. A password reminder will then be sent out to your registered email address.

What is the prize for this promotion?

The prize is a personal cheque for £250 made out to the winner.

Can I exchange my prize for a different prize?

No, the prize is as stated.

How can I claim my prize?

If you are a winner of a prize, you will receive notification of your win via your route of entry. A member of the Reward Your Thirst Team will then give you a call to confirm your details. Once your details are confirmed you will receive a personal cheque for £250.00 in the post.

How long will it take to receive my prize?

Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes from the day your address details are confirmed by a member of the Reward your Thirst team.
